This is becoming a big issue, which seems to be split by age. Younger people, like me, see real hope and a potential model in the way that single sex couples and particularly those involving women, are able to truly share parenting. Older people are more uncomfortable with homosexuality in general and get upset even thinking about having two gay Dads in a family. That points to a future where single-sex couples can adopt and marry and the rest of us may try to emulate their division of efforts at home.
