I swore it would never happen to me. But all of a sudden we had a baby and everything changed. I became the female in the relationship whereas before we were more interchangeable. I just ended up doing more dishes, more laundry, more cooking, more shopping, and spending more time with our baby. I love my closeness with her but sometimes it seems like I lost my old identity in the delivery room.
