What laws and policies do you think would make things better for American families? Advocates have suggested the following: paid family leave, longer family leave, pro-rated benefits for part-time work, a 35 to 39 hour work week, no mandatory over-time, subsidized child-care, universal pre-school,
policies to encourage men to get involved such as paid paternity leave and tax credits for employers where men make use of flexible work policies, and a social security payment for family caregivers. Which do you like most? Which has the greatest chance of succeeding?
