The guys I know are aware that this is an issue (I graduated from college last year and am working in Manhattan). We all see that the way our bosses have arranged their lives will not work for us. They have no time and don't see their families and we don't want to live that way. Money and prestige seem to be less important to us, and the guys at least that I date, than it is for people who are older than us. Whether we will sell out later on, I don't know, but I don't think we will because we want a life!
